This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Everest DIY are processed and delivered.
All orders are processed within 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Processing times may be extended during busy periods. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–10 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.
We currently deliver to Mainland United Kingdom only.
At this time, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, or other non-mainland UK locations.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Where available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
