Got a roof leak? Seal it fast and keep water out with this easy-to-use Bond-It Flashband Roof Repair Kit. This self-adhesive flashing tape is tough, flexible, and weatherproof—ideal for sealing and general roofing repairs on a variety of surfaces.

Product Features:

Ideal For:

• Replacement of worn or damaged lead flashing

• Flashing on flat and pitched roofs, roof valleys, parapets & chimney stacks

• Sealing around RSJs, flues, concrete columns, skylights, guttering & extractor vents

• Waterproofing caravans, porches, conservatories, portable buildings, and more

Application Instructions:

1. Prepare the surface – clean, dry, and dust-free. Remove rust and loose debris. Use wire wool to clean existing flashing if needed.

2. Measure and cut the tape to required length.

3. Peel back 150mm of backing paper and apply the adhesive side to the prepared surface.

4. Smooth down with a dry cloth to remove air bubbles and ensure full contact.

5. Continue application in 300mm–600mm sections. Overlap joints by at least 25mm.

6. Press and seal all edges firmly with a roller or trowel.

⚠️ Tip: In colder weather, slightly warming the tape will improve adhesion.
